From the outset, you took the time to evaluate my mother's physical and emotional status, and to recommend that support which met her specific needs. As time progressed, you continually reevaluated her situation, and ensured you understood the full spectrum of challenges that she and our family were facing. Together, we successfully worked out a package for increased care and support, when that became warranted.
