Free Professional Training for Family Caregivers

Living at Home SeniorCare has recently partnered with The Family Learning Center® to offer free information and education for caregivers in our area. This extensive resource includes online courses, printable tip sheets, and instructive videos on scores of topics including Alzheimer’s care, first aid, providing daily hygiene, and handling behavioral difficulties. Many of these topics are available in Spanish as well.

Caring for others means caring for you

The Family Learning Center can help you understand the many challenges that go along with providing care – not just for your loved one, but for you too. You’ll learn to manage and prevent challenging behaviors. And you’ll learn to identify the signs of caregiver stress and burnout.
