Welcome Home! Program

Our Welcome Home! Service will assist you with transportation home from the hospital, day-surgery, or doctor visits.

We then work hard to make sure you are comfortable, well taken care of, and safe.

Welcome Home! Service includes:

  • 6 hours of Exceptional Care
  • Transportation home
  • Light housekeeping
    • Change Linens
    • Laundry
    • Tidy Kitchen and Bath
  • Meal Preparation
  • Medication Reminders
  • Surgical Wound Care
  • Companionship

Welcome Home! Service is available for $149 for the initial 6 hour assignment. Our caregivers are also available for additional services after that time.
